See what some of our customers are saying about Alloy Technology…

Alloy Technology undertook projects with Round Mountain Gold, Magma Robinson, Hycroft-Lewis Mine, Phelps Dodge Morenci and Highland Valley Copper to optimize the wear life of concave liners for their gyratory crushers. Working closely with mine maintenance personnel and their foundry partners, Alloy Technology made changes to concave design and metallurgy to increase concave wear life at every operation by an average of 20%.
Lhoist North America (formerly Chemical Lime) is the largest Lime Producer in the United States. Alloy Technology began 28 years ago doing all the reverse engineering of their high temperature parts. Parts provided by Alloy Technology were not only less expensive than the OEM, they also yielded 25% longer life than the OEM.
Pro Parts, before its purchase by L&H in 2001 supplied complete undercarriages to both Kennecott Bingham Canyon’s P&H 4100A and Phelps Dodge Morenci’s 4100A and 2800XPA. The undercarriage at Kennecott set a record for longest life at over 28,000 hours. Undercarriages at Morenci exceeded average life of both OEM and other aftermarket suppliers by approximately 20%. Those responsible for these projects and many subsequent projects are now associated with Alloy Technology and the components were manufactured by a combination of the manufacturers in the Alloy Technology supplier network.
